Question for your 2012 Swap Au: Is April still a result of the kraangs' experiments? On a similar note, are the human kids (Miwa, Casey, April, maybe Irma and/or Tim) swapped as well?

Not gonna lie, I completely forgot Tim was a character, so I got nothing on him.

HOWEVER!!

I do have things on the others.

Casey and April are indeed swapped, and Irma is too kind of, in the sense that the Kraang aren’t evil.

Casey is the result of experimentation from the Utrom, (which experiments ultimately led to their banishment from the rest of the Kraang empire.)

Casey’s father left his life for “unknown reasons” at the same time when he and his mother, Cassandra, moved to New York. 

It was just the two of them for a long time, until Cassandra was abducted by the Hamato clan, due to her being a brilliant mechanical engineer. 

Luckily, Casey wasn’t taken with his mom thanks to a mysterious girl who showed up at the last possible moment. 

He knew her name was Irma from school, but it’s quickly revealed that she’s actually a Kraang alien who had been given orders to watch over him, (as protection in case the Utrom decided to capture their prized experiment.) which wasn’t exactly something she signed up for, but her loyalty to Kraang Prime keeps her where she is. 

Casey and Irma went to Karai and Kazuo (aka Miwa and Saki) for help, and together - along with help from Kazuo’s close friends, Anton Zeck and Ivan Steranko - they managed to capture four Hamato soldiers for information, who of which ended up being a certain four teenage mutant turtles.

A couple weeks later, Casey and Donnie both would run into April O’Neil, one of the lead players on the high school hockey team. 

April lives with her dad, Kirby, and younger sister, Robyn, and is a total vigilante and skating nerd at heart.

So to answer the question, no, April is not a result of the Kraang’s experiments in this au. 

And yes, the human kids are swapped (except for Tim but I forgot he existed so um)
