I miss her presence online, but hopefully she's doing much better without being on Twitter. I especially hope her health is good because I've seen people say she'd gotten sick a while back and lost a lot of weight, which would partly explain why Ganbare Nakamura-kun's manga hasn't had an update in a long while.

It's a small moment, and it obviously exists to show how Al sees a maternal side to Clara as she cares for the patients (which is actually a recurring element of his throughout the series), but I like how it adds a bit more substance to that period of time where Ed and Al were doing their best to care for Trisha before she passed. Seeing Clara at work reminded Al of one of the better days when their mom wasn't in a fever induced delirium or struggling to sit up in bed.
