Katie and Andy talk about his meeting with Chris and consider going to someone else to be a guarantor, namely Diane! Jack learns about Andy’s latest stunt from Chris himself. Diane declines Katie & Andy’s request and to instead ask Jack since Chris already gave them the green light. Diane fills Jack in about the request and to swallow his pride and allow Andy to get the farm. Another visit to a club for Robert & Scott? Jack reluctantly agrees to help Andy in the end gaining the farm but be forewarns him & Katie, it won’t be easy running it.

Jack is still fuming over everything involving Andy especially with him putting in for the tenancy for the farm. What’s the problem Robert asks? Well, who’s gonna pick up the pieces when it all goes ‘pear shaped?’ Katie and Andy practice what to say to Chris when Andy sees Chris. Andy meets with Chris and makes him believe Jack will back him as guarantor since he’s underage to do it on his own.
