I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who has followed Eighties Galaxy - All 20,000+ of you!
As I've mentioned before, I started Eighties Galaxy years ago as a "spinoff" of a traditional blog I was writing. After a while, I realized Tumblr was a much better way to share my love of the 80s rather than long-form content - It was a perfect fit for 80s greatness.
I know I'm not as consistently active as some other people here (There have been times when I've forgotten to post for a while). I also realize there are some awesome people here with twice as many followers or more (!)... but 20,000 is a HUGE deal to me!
I hope that Eighties Galaxy has been a fun distraction from everyone's real-world cares and worries - I know it’s been one for me!
