Last night was super bad . First panic attack I've had in a while. And it was so sudden I didn't expect to go into a full blown episode . And last night was the first night I've considered self harming again since the last episode . Things are getting out of hand . At work I can only think of how bad that was over and over again it gives me anxiety and makes my tummy hurt when I over think about it . Just really sucks wish you would understand. There's so much more I want to get out but I don't even know. I want to go home and explain how I didn't have a good day at work cause of last night but I know it's only going to bring more problems up . I'm just going to shut up and not talk about it ever again . Keeping it in is much better for everyone

I'm gunna be hellah hung over tomorrow.

Today was cool because after church we came home and I watched some Bob's burgers. Then I took some nice selfies cause my ma made a fire outside then scorpio came over and we started drinking around 4pm and were drunk by 4:30 and kept it that way til 9 because we got school tomorrow. I finished my chem assignments and literally did all that I needed for this weekend and had fun doing it. Niiiicccccceeee.
