imma... start using fancier words again bc i suck at prose but we were reading some classic literature or smth like. a month ago in English class and that... helped me feel a lil better about my bland ass writing bc it wasnt very flowery & it was very literal but it was still enjoyable to read through? and i may go for that approach before delving into more prosey things. my writing rn is genuinely very bland and thats the best way to describe it; its not bad but it isn't notable either. it's just there. so i think incorporating more synonyms and playing with sentence structure after writing something out will help make it less... blocky to read through.
