hmhm.... i don't say this rudely at all, but I do think it's kind of interesting to think about how the fandom and small kin community (that we largely block, admittedly, because half of them are the same person that we have doubles issues with...apologies.) are in regards to side characters. our game is largely based on making friends, and there are so many friends to make. i have been in my system for... ten years, perhaps? i never really see anybody talk about me at all. it's not a complaint, of course, I just find it interesting. what makes someone memorable... honestly, I couldn't say! i believe one of my system-mates, who is a shitara yakumo fictive, is probably memorable. she has a lot of connections to other members of the cast, even if they're all side characters. she's positive trans rep, too. ive seen a lot of people talk about her. im glad to have her as a friend now. but i am also one of the early friends that can be made. unfortunately, it seems like nobody really remembers me. in a way, it's a peaceful life. i enjoy being able to simply... exist. no "fanart jumpscares", no weird "you're this character? im going to be an over the top fan about it and treat you like an object."

@ twilight: how I see myself due to my kintype is fun. when I kinfirmed nanashi from 1bitheart years and years ago, I was like "man... this is how I see myself." whenever I drew myself, it was me as nanashi. whenever I made myself in dress up games, it was me as nanashi. well... the second I got the freedom to do so, I bleached my hair and cut it exactly like his! I've been doing it for like what ? five years now ? maybe ? im even considering getting coloured contacts (i wear glasses, and have been considering contacts anyway, so I might as well have fun with it and look Even More Nanashi) (if it means anything, i am the host of a system, and yeah, again, I look like nanashi, so I guess I'm just! making the body look like me!)

being nanashi from 1bitheart is so weird. like no I'm not okay with doubles. yes I am okay with mikadokin. like??? @ me you are the same person????? make it make sense. but like idk it's different!!! mikado is nanashi but he's also mikado so he's different!!!!!! if you consider yourself mikado rather than nanashi you're cool!!!!!!!!!!

nanashi here! from 1bitheart! and every so often I forget i was apparently 14 in the source material! because it's weird, right? i was *17*. so now it's so awkward looking for people bc it's like hey no my relationship with sora wasn't weird 😭😭😭 I wasn't a middle schooler 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I was about to graduate high school!!!!!!!!!!!! (or at least I was about to if I actually went lol)
