After a #sweaty #cardio session last week on the #stairmaster for 30 mins and I ran a mile. My current weight is #199lbs

I don't care how far in Onederland I am in......I AM IN!!! Haha. I remember as a freshman in High School when doing my physical for Athletics I weighed in at 204 lbs. So I am assuming the last time I was below 200 lbs was when I was in the 8th grade. So, 13 yoa? If you have never been above 200 lbs or there for a long time you will never know how exciting it is to see a "1" Instead of "2" in the front of those numbers...or in my case a "3". I started at 342 lbs and here I sit at 199.8 I never, ever, ever thought I'd be saying those numbers and at this point it's surreal. When I started.... 342 lbs 58 Inch Waist BMI of 52 Size 24 Jeans 3x shirts Now.... 199.8 lbs 32 Inch Waist BMI of 30.4 Size 12 Jeans Md/Large shirts Is this real life?
