Okay, so 2 people said they'd be interested in a Victor Hugo bookclub possibly where we read his other works besides Les Mis. I'll therefore give a short list of my personal ideas or rather the other books that I own by him and that I either haven't read yet or only like ages ago. It will not be a complete list (sorry). I'll give the French titles and the number of pages MY versions have. I personally own German translations only but feel free to join with whatever version and translation that you have.
First bookclub book
I'd split the novels that are longer. But we can ofc discuss how much we wanna read in a set time interval, how to communicate best (discord?), etc. So, klick on what you'd prefer to read first. (and I'll tag those who showed interest already: @stovval @therealbonsaikitten )
