"In CAIN, Sins are based on the negative emotions of the hostvthat manifested them. Ogres are born from despair, depression, self-hatred, misery, and so on. People going through grief, eith great self-loeathing, or were otherwise slowly ground down by the world sround them like debt, overwork, ostracization, etc. They literally heavy, crushing despair, always being taking an enormous and hideous form. and their very presence drags down nor only their host but everyone around them with them to that very same abyss."
