I've never made a shoe before and it shows. I still like doing it though, the more I worked on it, the clearer it became. It has turned into a very simple shoe, no laces or whatever, just elastic, but sometimes that's all you need? I'd like to design a proper shoe someday, but seeing as this project isn't really about the shoes, I figured I would keep it simple. 

I have had this material for a couple of years, something originally meant to put in drawers I think I remember. Now it's his time to shine. I figured it was the perfect material for a prototype, because it is flexible enough to walk on, sturdy enough not to break and malleable enough to cut the holes in it.
