If you do love someone and want to spend your entire life with them, it isn't always needed to legalize it. Isn't it more like a safety net making sure you are binding someone against all odds? What is the point of staying together then, if it stays just like a contract? Marriage becomes agreeable and beautiful when it is a adored and not bounded. People want to spend their entire life with "the one" and to name their relation they marry. In such a tone, marriages are termed to be sacred and pure. It showcases the strength of the couple and inspires people to nurture and nourish a healthy relationship. In this 21st century, a need for honesty is much more required than a guarantee. If two people are honest with each other and want to name it, they can obviously marry. But being in a toxic relationship than being single is never the requirement. We are searching for a partner to spend our life with and it is completely based on the choices of both significant if they want to legalize it or not.
