More than anything, he feels hot. Burning, sweating. He's so sure he reeks, knows that when Nick's hand comes to rest above the nape of his neck, it'll come away soaking wet. It's okay, Nicks would say. The collar catches some of it. (Arber's in rut. Nick holds his leash.)

Steve and Eddie are at the same party. Steve is high on who knows what and is being SA'd by people at the party. Eddie sees two people fighting over who gets to SA a barely-conscious Steve next and steps in. Eddie drives Steve to his trailer. High Steve is confused and assumes that Eddie wants sex, but Eddie shuts him down like "no wtf" and lets him sleep in his trailer. When Steve wakes up he tries to leave, assume that he and Eddie had fucked, but Eddie instead talks to him about wtf happened. I'm pretty sure the reasoning behind Steve getting drugged and SA'd was because it made him popular, so it wasn't like he was being roofied because he was getting that high intentionally.

A thing or two may be incorrect since it's been a while since i've read the story (no duh i lost it) so it's kinda been stewing in my brain for a while. I've honestly been tempted to just rewrite it, since i scoured AO3 and haven't been able to find it :(

The painting is signed on the back and dates from 1497 but appears to be a collaborative effort with Mariotto Albertinelli with whom Fra Bartolomeo performed a partnership, perhaps by the mid-1490s.
