Stayed at home all day and watched Attack on the titans and then went to grandparents in Chinatown to have dinner... you texted me today about RM lolol it was nice though hearing from you... I wonder if this is going to be a thing now or if you're only going to text me every few days... been thinking about the bed and skiing situation and I guess I really wanted it.... to be in the car with you and to be in the bed with you.. sigh I just ...... ugh I shouldn't right? I should just let whatever happen, happen... 

Always remember to value yourself as an individual.  Your habits, skills, quirks, thoughts, struggles, etc., are as unique to you as they are to anybody else.  Never belittle yourself or your worth.  In times of struggle, do not destroy yourself in order to feel good again.  Find yourself in even the scariest, darkest, unimaginable times because those are the times when your victories will be celebrated, those are the times you are strengthened. Treat yourself with a respect and kindness you usually save for a delicate great aunt.  Treat yourself time a stranger sometimes, vague and polite, forever curious.  Accept the fact that you are changing and you owe no one anything that has to do with your self worth.  Ever.  You are special and important and your life is so beautiful and so wonderfully irreplaceable.
