Ok so obviously I fell off. But reevaluating because I saw this post last night that said -the more discipline you have regardless of how you look, the more you do what you say you are going to do, the more confidence you have - and I felt that. New rules for the 112 days left: walk 10,000 steps a day, drink no alcohol, drink 1 liter of water, take my vitamins, and eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day. Simple enough. Current weight: 216.2.
