It was a long but productive day. It is so nice going to work in the daylight. So nice I have been walking around the block before going in to the office just to enjoy the very fresh morning air and build up a nice little number of steps to start the day. Today the sun was shining again so I decided to take a walk through the Botanical Gardens at lunchtime. There was a game on at the adjoining school and the Haka was stopping people in their tracks as it rang out across the field. After work I had a podiatrists appointment and he took a look at my bike set up and thinks my leg/hip/bum pain is directly attributed to my bike seat being too high. Yay something I can fix. I'm off to do it now so here's hoping he is right.

My last 3 days. Trying to make up for the day I only got 6,000 or so. Making it work though even with so much to do and always doing yoga too. Did my week 6 day 1 run on Monday and it felt great!!

I might be sick, but I can still do my steps. I did skip the gym today just because I don’t want to risk getting other sick. So my next best thing to do is steps. It doesn’t take a lot of energy to do and I can stop easier and sit down if my body needs it. So take care of your bodies y’all, colds suck.
