私も今セカンドになって数ヶ月で、あなたの記事を読んでは彼に不安をぶつけないように抑えたり一緒にいる時間を楽しむ自分でいたりするためにはどうしたらいいか、彼との時間を反芻しています。

記事読んでいただいているのですか！まずはそこにありがとうございます…！

もうX年前になるので、正直朧げな部分はありますが…。

彼はお酒大好きというかほぼヲタクレベルなので、あまり飲めない彼女に少し不満を持っていて。だから「私は彼女と違ってめっちゃ酒好きだしそこそこ飲めるよ〜！」感を結構出してました。この子といた方が楽しいじゃん！って思わせるというか。まぁ実際私も酒好きだからこそできたことではあると思うのですが…。

なので彼女に不満がある部分をしれっと聞いて、私ならそこカバーできます！アピールをする、みたいなことをする、という回答になりますかね…。

でも、「彼女は煙草やめろとか細かいことチクチク言ってきてウザいけど、その点、君は何も言ってこなくて聞き分けがいいね！」みたいなのはあまりやらない方がいいです。セカンドな時点で下に見られているのに、それやるとよりパワーバランス崩れる気がします。

Tumblrではセカンド女のエモセックスライフ的に書いていましたが、今読み返すと、もちろん書いていないこともたくさんあって。実際、付き合う数ヶ月前とかセックスの後に馬乗りになって「これから彼女と会うんだろ！？別れるって言ってこいよな！分かってんのかアァ！？」って詰め寄った記憶ありますからね。あゝ黒歴史。

あまりいい子ちゃんでいるのもよくないと思うので、たまには自我を出してもいいと思います。手始めに「これやりたい！」とか「これ食べに行こうよ！」とかでいいので、「私だって自分の意見あるから！」感を見せつけておくと良いかと思います。
