Iβve been feeling a little down and I forgot I used to do this so Imma start it again to remind myself to be happy again~
1. The want and need to be happy: yes, to me, just little acts to get yourself to where you want to be will make some difference over doing nothing at all. Iβm just glad that no matter how deep I get into rock bottom, Iβm not really at a low if I still want to work on being happy.
2. Acceptance: or the last step to every painful process, honestly. Times where I can just accept things. Yes, he makes me happy. Yes, I didnβt finish that assignment on schedule but I will finish it. Yes, I matter. Yes, I accept that life is going to be hard, but that doesnβt mean Iβm going to stop.
3. Fruit: as not a huge fan of water, this fulfills my needs sometimes LOL I just love fruit so damn much and idk it fills me up enough without making me feel heavy or shitty so thank you nature.
