#00099: Schizophrenia or Trauma?

E is a 54 year-old female that was brought by the police to the forensic clinic. In the police report, it says that she asked to be examined by a forensic physician claiming being beaten while in custody. When Dr. M entered the room, Ms. E took off her clothes and stood naked. And then, she started screaming and…

I wonder if anyone is awake...he thought as he watched the sun just beginning to rise. Here he stood, overlooking the town from above. He had just recently found this place one day from wandering around the town. It was just an abandoned watch tower but to him it was much more. From here, he could see the whole town and even the sea a few miles away. Every chance he had, Zero would come here to think. Sometimes about his past and other times just to get away from the world for awhile.

He sat down at the small desk chair in the corner of the room. On the desk lay his notes, scrambled all over the place  ranging from his names and nicknames to a list of emotions that he had learned.

 He sighed as he stretched in an upwards position, lounging out in the sun by the pool. He never had the opportunity to do this before today so he was taking the opportunity while he still had the chance. Pulling down his sunglasses from the top of the his head and  laid his arms behind him, with a sigh. The sun shined from over head, no clouds in sight. Today was going to be a good day he decided and sipped from his coconut shaped cup. Putting the drink down, he turned over to his backside and pulled down his shades again to get his already bronzed skin even darker. A soft breeze blew its way towards him and he sighed again, taking in the rays. 

His dreams were shattered when a splash of ice cold water sprayed him, making him come back to reality.

He sighed. It was too good to be true...he thought as he felt straps digging into his skin. When his eyes were fully awake he could tell that he was in the laboratory. With his arms restrained all he could do was sigh, letting the scientists do their work. And with that, he slumped down as much as he could and closed his eyes again.
