Hey, soldier. It’s Karlach. I should have written down what happened while you were out the last two times. Oh well. Live and learn. First, I’m orating this to Gale so that I don't burn your notebook. I figured you’d ask.
Next, I can only assume that you had a plan when you started going around the structures rather than clearing the rubble with the smokepowder bomb I know you have. Just as I can only assume that you weren’t expecting to get jumped by reanimated armor.
Now, what I can’t figure out is that when going around didn’t work, you decided to go further into this ancient forge. I know you have a tight schedule in your head, but at least let the rest of us in on it!
You look before you leap a lot. And don’t get me wrong, I do like that about you; but between the pit of mimics and a landing full of fire mephits, I think it might do you some good to think about what might happen when your feet hit the ground. Though, I should apologize for killing all those mephits while everyone was still in the range of their death explosions.
I got that mithral ore for you, by the way! Once the dust had settled and I saw it, figured that that’s what you wanted.
Finally, I know you have a schedule in your head, and I know you’re on a time crunch. I know you’re in a race against time, and you want to save everyone. Believe me, I do too, but please. Let’s form a plan. Or rest. Or anything that isn't running blindly in hopes that you might just be faster than death.
