They started the campaign at 18, they're now 32 years old.

They died during the campaign, but was brought back by Zuggtmoy making them 'Reborn'.

Roach is Zuggtmoy's Chamberlain, which means they get a slew of responsibilities in order to keep their little village alive and to keep Her content. They are more or less Zuggtmoy's right hand and does what is required.

They delivered The Crown of Asmodeus to Zuggtmoy after being asked by the party's paladin and cleric of Ilmater if they could keep an eye on it and stop the church or even Asmodeus from getting their hands on it. Everyone involved knew this meant it was getting delivered to The Lady of Fungi. This only helped cement Roach's position as Chamberlain and gave them even more boons which ultimately helped them survive the end of the campaign but made everyone else think they died.

Their little village was once a healthy size and it wasn't until ~500 years ago that they had suffered during The Cleansing, causing them to lose the majority of their druids. Since then, they've been struggling to stay afloat. A lot of traditions have been neglected as time went on, but things seem to be healing.

That being said, their swamps - Het Rotte Hart - are getting more vile, more vicious, and make outsiders even more wary than before.

At the end of The Wanderers, a black dragon attempted to claim Het Rotte Hart, but Zuggtmoy appeared striking the young dragon down and raising it again to gift it to her Chamberlain. This dragon has since then been renamed to 'Swamp Puppy'.

Roach also has the responsibility of babysitting The Child of Het Rotte Hart, Zuggtmoy's "child."
