let's explore a technique that can unlock the doors to your desired realities: SATS (state akin to sleep). it's a method that taps into your subconscious mind (that part of you that’s limitless!)
imagine that drowsy, peaceful state just before you drift off to sleep. that's SATS. in this state, your subconscious is open to suggestion, like fertile ground ready to receive the seeds of your intentions (i’m spending the week in a farm, bear with me)
to use SATS for shifting, begin by creating a vivid scene in your mind. this scene should be of your desired reality (obviously), a short scene of your life there. keep it simple, something you can easily repeat and feel deeply. for example, waking up in your DR bed, feeling the sheets, seeing your surroundings
as you lie in bed, relaxing your body and mind, allow yourself to enter that drowsy state. then begin to loop your chosen scene. don't just see it, feel it. engage all your senses. what do you hear? what do you smell? what do you feel against your skin? (it’s okay if you can’t visualize that well, but try to feel the emotions)
the idea is to immerse yourself in the feeling of already being in your desired reality. let go of any doubts or worries. trust your power, trust the process. as you continue to loop your scene, fall asleep while still feeling your DR
it's about planting the seeds of your desire in the soil of your subconscious, watering them with feeling and belief
make sure to do this every day before you go to bed to maximize your results
