AU Idea where the wishing dog tags didn't get neutralized until AFTER Myka had went into labor and the dog tags somehow didn't just make her look and feel pregnant (like how Mike's arm had been pseudo-healed instead of actually healed) but had ACTUALLY MADE A REAL LIVE BABY and so Myka's freaking the fuck out at the hospital because no she most definitely did not have a baby and Pete most definitely did not cause her to have a baby because he touched yet another artifact AND NO SHE DIDN'T HAVE A BABY
And then Pete obviously bagged the artifact because suddenly Myka's fine, all healed up and feeling like she was never pregnant except there's still a baby in the room crying and that's the story of how Pete got a daughter and Myka eventually (very very slowly) accepted being an aunt without feeling guilty/scared/paranoid anytime she was around the baby because she's worrying over whether she's supposed to actually be the child's mother or what the hell she's supposed to do (because she's going to feel guilty/scared/paranoid at first no matter what Pete tells her). It's a process and it's weird but Pete's an awesome dad and after a while it stops freaking Myka out how much the girl looks like her and it kind of just makes sense that Pete's kid would look like her because they're all a family at the warehouse.
Though it is soothing when the girl picks up Claudia's talent for the guitar.
