Tbh I don’t know why Holland gets called „king“. Yes it’s cool that he’s gay but his songs are bad. Not really the actual song but his voice is bad. If you like him because of his personality okay, but if you say that his voice is good than your deaf. And by the way it’s not cool if you call yourself a fan of him only because he’s gay.

I really can’t support holland at this point. Instead of being an artist/idol who happens to be gay, he’s just marketing himself as a gay idol. He is no different than company’s in America slapping on gay pride flags on their merchandise just to make a profit. Holland is simply getting by bc so many people are blindly following him. His voice needs a lot of improvement and I don’t think he should’ve debuted bc his voice is lacking just so much. I wish him the absolute best, but rn I just see him as simply money hungry and abusing the lack of representation to make a quick buck.

GirlKind were hyped as this amazing bad-ass girl group to replace those like 4Minutes, but I hated that everyone stanned them because of that. Their debut song was bad. They were underprepared. Most of the time, they can’t even find the centre of their choreography. I feel the same with Holland - he was hyped by fans for being gay, but his singing style is something that I just cannot get behind. I have nothing against either the girls or Holland but subjectively, I can’t see why people stan.
