oh no, please please please don't avoid cait and hancock just because of the fandom. just ignore the fandom. both of their friendship/romance arcs touched me so much and honestly they're characters I've fallen in love with for all time. please, don't let the fandom keep you from them. they are both so wonderful

I’m telling you, the fantastic responses to that saltpost I made, and the couple of messages I received (like yours), kinda changed my mind. It seems like I’d have plenty of people to chat with about the characters, who don’t buy into the one-note “lol drugz” and “lol I punch things” characterization I randomly see around.
(Confession: I was purposefully not recruiting everyone because I wanted an excuse to play the game again and still have new content. Looks like I have a great reason to bring Charlotte’s hubby out of the cryo-pod.)
