Honestly college is freaking hard 0/10 would not recommend 😂 I’m in my last year though, and I finished my French minor a year ago, so I’m just grinding through an analytical chemistry course, biochemistry, comparative anatomy, and ethics right now, and have clinical microbiology, cancer biology, neuro-psychology, and a Greek/Latin in science language class left for the spring semester so I’m surviving.

The hardest thing is balancing my 15 hours of chemistry research a week I do (I get paid really well for it so I can’t complain) and the 15ish hours I work at my retail job per week. Mixing those 2 things with school absolutely decimates my motivation. But I love working so much. Both of my jobs are so so so fulfilling. 11/10 would work in a lab for the rest of my life. 12/10 would work for a company that empowers women even if it is retail and exploits mass consumerism.

🤞🏻🤞🏻I actually get into graduate school though. I’m finalizing my 7 applications tomorrow so my anxiety has peaked.

(But also thank you so much for the compliment!! That selfie was actually from a conference I went to last month where I got to do a 25 minute talk in front of a couple hundred people about my research and it was honestly one of the coolest things I’ve ever done and I don’t know how to show my gratitude to my professor for helping me get that opportunity so that pic has so many good memories with it too 😭)
