LOST (HIM): a playlist.

aka, my best attempt at a basic plotting guide for those that haven't played jedi fallen order or jedi survivor or read battle scars. this is subject to be updated once the third game comes out, but until that happens, this is what i offer.

28 BBY - 23 BBY:

at the age of four cal kestis was discovered by the jedi order and was taken from his home on batuu to coruscant where he trained as a youngling for the next five years. during this time, since cal was at the jedi temple, he would encounter various masters, knights, padawans, and other younglings alike.

23 BBY - 19 BBY:

when cal was at the age of nine, the force spoke to jaro tapal and when the time came for younglings to move onto the padawan stage, jaro took cal as his padawan. the two remained on coruscant for about a year. at that time, cal got more traditional jedi training and was a witness to the jedi knighting ceremony of 22 BBY. shortly after the ceremony, jaro took cal and the 13th battalion to fight in the war. while the war was far from over, jaro continued to train cal both in ways of battle and the jedi. they continued to build this relationship until 19 BBY when order 66 was executed.

19 BBY - 14 BBY:

the time that followed the events of order 66 left cal alone on the planet bracca. on this planet, cal was taken in by prauf, and the two worked together as scrappers. due to the trauma cal faced from order 66, his connection to the force had become dull and cal had all but forgotten his jedi ways. however, around 14 BBY that all changed when a small group of inquisitors came to bracca in search of a rogue jedi. from then on, cal was on the run from the empire and trying to regain what he had lost. along the way, cal made new connections and found new ways to fight against the empire before he eventually came face-to-face with darth vader himself. after the encounter with vader, to which cal was grateful to get out with only one major injury, he understood that taking down the empire would be no easy task but it was a task he felt he needed to take on.

14 BBY - 11 BBY:

the crew of the mantis, those who survived the encounter with darth vader, set out across the galaxy to find ways of understanding the world around them and understanding how to defeat the empire. along the way, the crew faces challenges and they met many new faces.

11 BBY - 9 BBY:
