fun fact if you see immersive enough you unlock a story thread where Jeremy Stolle is Afraid of you and clocks your ass in a TONE
A few photos from Edinburgh!
He felt perceived in a way he did not strictly enjoy and realized he had, yes, given himself away again. Being too obvious. Too direct. Trying too hard to be good.

Hearthbound is genuinely the best new show I've listened to this year. From the music, to the storytelling, and exploration of why someone might be afraid to go home again.
I'm curious if there will ever be an opportunity to purchase the soundtrack on Bandcamp, or even in physical format?
Thank you for the kind, kind words! And yes!! Consider this the official date announcement:
The Hearthbound original music soundtrack and "The Roadtrip Version" of the show will drop December 5th on Bandcamp.
It'll be the final Bandcamp Friday of the year, meaning Bandcamp does not take any fees and the full purchase will go to artists! The soundtrack will include all songs and instrumentals from the show. "The Roadtrip Version" is a three and a half hour track that cuts together all episodes without any intros or credits, so you can listen through the whole story in its entirety without interruption.
You can follow us on our Bandcamp page or subscribe to our Substack to be notified when the tracks drop!
Small rant, no TWs as far as I can tell
I have such an odd fucking fear of being perceived. Like, I'll see a post that I really like and agree with, then I'll notice it's only a couple of minutes old and has very little engagement so far and therefore if I like it, the chances of the creator seeing my like are at an all-time high. And what if they go to my blog and they don't like me? Or worse, what if they actually perceive my existence as a sentient human with a life instead of just another batch of pixels on the screen that agrees with their takes?
I don't know what is causing this weird, irrational fear in me, but it's really ruining the way I interact with the spaces around me(both online and IRL, but I used a Tumblr example to be relatable) and I'd like it to go away. Like, unless I specifically personally know the person behind the post, I don't want them to know I exist.
This comes with the desire to be seen and liked by everyone, so how fucking contradictory. Like, I know that if someone likes or reblogs or comments on my post just minutes after I make it, I'm thrilled! Like, yay, someone relates to me and understands me! But I can't see that being reciprocated onto myself. Similar occasions happen in real life.
That's it, sorry for the ramble lol
