   She should have known that she wasn’t the first, she should have guessed that the similarity between his stage name and macaroons was too big to not pay attention to it. Yet she hoped, deep down, that she would be the first to tell him that. To be the first to impress him with her creativity. After all, who didn’t like to be the first?
