A few months had passed since well- everything took place. The blow ups, the mess ups, the occasional slip ups, and everything seemed to calm down, everything was back as it was but a bit better.

Today had been a boring day, a easy-going day. And though Buck and the others probably appreciated it, Dylan did not. He felt cooped up, not by his family, but by... well, trying to stay out of mischief. Why was it harder as of lately? Was it because of Dante? Maybe a little, but the need inside him was growing for me things to do. But, he'd promised Huron he'd do better, and he'd do his best to stick to it.

So he suggested to Dante, ❝hey, wanna come with me to the camp? Wanna see if anything is going on over there.❞ and the other man agreed, much to dylans appreciation.

When they got to the camp, everyone was there, meaning Dutch too. He had snapped at them to leave or they'd be shot, and Dylan was able to charm the man. If micah could wiggle his way into the gang, so could he, and he used it. Dutch was easily charmed, especially with the surprising help of Mrs. Adler and Charles chiming in. So, tonight was sort of a party! People telling stories by the fire, everyone mingling. It was a fine time.

Would be. If Dylan could push down these... unpleasant feelings. Dante still got jittery around charles, that gorgeous man, and Dylan just kept comparing himself. He wasn't sure why though. He knew he wasn't... pretty like charles. Never would be. But why'd it bother him so much? Because everyone looked at Charles like he was some intimidating god? Ugh
