Nadia was not exactly a popular person. So when she got a knock on her door, she assumed one of two things -- it was either one of the resistance members, coming to tell her something about their mission, or it was the police coming to take her away. Needless to say, she was pretty relieved when it was the former. And better yet, it was Talia. Nadia genuinely liked the cyborg, so getting to hang out with her was always good. “Hey. What’s up?” After a long moment, she realized that she was still standing and blocking the door. “Oh! Come in.” She looked around the house self-consciously. “Sorry, I ... wasn’t expecting company.” She had been sitting in front of the computer, so she hadn’t noticed how dark her house was outside the little circle of light. She flicked on the overhead light (startling her two sleeping cats on the couch) to reveal old take-out containers and old clothes piled high. Yeesh, maybe she should have left the light off.

She looked up at Rufus and everyone else in the room before going back to the game again. It was nice that he was awake, but... When were they going to meet Mom?!

Maybe when Juju came back...
