He hugged her back, as happy as her to finally being able to see her. “Thank you a lot to have waiting me ! I’m late, right ?” He asked with a laugh as he sat down in front of her, still smiling as he looked at her. With a nod, he grabbed the menu and already choose what he will take. “Yes I’m so hungry, we practiced so hard …! What about you ?”

As he was looking through the restaurant, he heard his name and quickly moved his head to the person who called him. A bright smile appeared on his face when he finally noticed Chaerin. He walked to her table. “Ah ! Finally ! Chaerin ! How have you been ?!” He said all excited as he put down his bass to greet his friend correctly.

Tacc kept his phone in his hand in case he needed to call or text her to find her in the restaurant. While he was looking all around the place, trying to find his childhood friend, he felt his phone vibrated. He didn’t think it would be difficult to recognize Chaerin, but indeed, people change…

When he looked at his phone, he was a little surprise by the text but felt a relief to see it was her. Quickly he read the text and replied as well. “Yes, just entered in.” The text sent, he looked around and decided to step in to look better as it was a little dark.

Tacc laughed at her answer. He might admit she didn’t change. It was totally natural for him to talk with her, as they were always in contact and didn’t stop to talk during few years. “Yes yes !” He was already walking fast, wanting to reach the restaurant, to see Chaerin but also to eat !

Few minutes later, he finally open the door, still talking with his friend at the phone but looking through the place to find her. She would find him easier than the opposite. His blue hair and the bass he was carrying on his shoulder made easier to see him, even if his clothes were normal.

Deciding to settle for the usual yakitori don and a cola, Chaerin then closed the menu to concentrate on the conversation instead. “Good, ‘cause the food here is so good,” she let out a soft laugh, “Anyways, I’ll let you run here faster without having me in your ear. See you, okay?”

As Chaerin was scrolling through her Instagram feed, the door of the tiny restaurant opened, causing her head to shoot up in surprise. A man with flat blue hair, carrying what seemed to be a guitar-like instrument in its case, stepped through. Chaerin blinked a few times, wondering if it was actually Tacc. However, she didn’t know what he looked like without his hair styled, or makeup on since he would probably look completely different from two years ago. She decided to text him to confirm that the blue-haired man was actually him.

Hey, are you here yet?

He was used to be in crowded train. Life in Tokyo was made of this kind of stuff, and even if he could wait the next train, just two minutes, he didn’t want. He really wanted to see Chaerin and would not want to miss any minutes with her now. “Don’t worry about that !” He replied as he looked through the window, keeping a eye on the station. As it was just a rehearsal day, he did not wear any make up. So he looked mostly normal, though he had blue hair. It didn’t worry him to going to see his friend like that, even if it was a really long time she didn’t see him and she could be surprise by his style. He really didn’t care about such stuff, he just enjoyed the time. “I arrived at Shibuya station.” He finally announced her.

It was still incredible for him to hear Chaerin’s voice, he might admit he called the number without really thinking she would answer. Maybe he was feeling a little lonely to have enough strength to call her this day than other day. Anyway, he was feeling really happy and already started to walk, still talking with her. “I’m glad you can wait me !” He replied with a teasing voice before laughing. “I’m at two station of Shibuya, it would not be too long. And yes, I’m already on my way !”
