Sena (세나) - meaning “worldly beauty”

Chaerin (채린) - meaning “colorful gem” or “brilliant gem”

Joomi (주미) - “precious jewel”

Now, a few things pertaining to AU stuff.

Sena was the one who first approached Jinu in the streets, while he was busking. At the time, Jinu was still a teenager (not an adult like we see in the movie flashbacks).

The hunters had been active for a little while prior to recruiting him, but they hadn’t gotten to the task of training the next generation. Which is part of what spurred Sena’s (somewhat spontaneous) decision to recruit a bipa-playing teen she found on the streets.

Chaerin and Joomi weren’t entirely sure about it at first, but they decided to give it a chance after Sena insisted.

Teen Jinu: *out-of-sync blink* *a scruffy little kitten of a teen*

All three of them served as mentors to Jinu when it came to his training, but it also quickly became them acting like older sisters/aunts to the teen that their leader picked up by the scruff like a kitten and brought home with her one day. And this also extended to Seo-ah, Jinu’s sister, who they started to treat like their honorary little sister.
