I've been following the Radnormal movement and love what you're doing. When I look around at the world, the biggest problems we have today stem from being too inclusive and accepting, and I appreciate what you're all doing to change that, recognizing the REAL threats to marginalized peoples.
While I'm personally not willing to commit to anything just yet, there are some members of our system interested in transitioning to being Radnormal. Do you have any advice for trans-radnormals to help them transition?

I think "too inclusive" isn't exactly the right word for the problem. The problem is that agreeing with/accepting everything and everyone is not inclusion, and people use this "real acceptance, validation and inclusion" thing as an cute and pretty excuse to harm themselves or other people.
And in fact, many things related to communities with harmful ideologies end up harming marginalized people. For example, the radqueer community treats the Big Three parades as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, which can tarnish the image of genuinely queer people... After all, many LGBTphobic individuals already accuse queer people of being sexual predators.
Well, abt the trans-radnormal, I don't like calling it being "trans", cus I believe that going to another community doesn't automatically mean it's a trans identity/gen
But anyway, I would recommend starting by distancing yourself from the radqueer community, it doesn't have to be all at once if that's more difficult for u. If u manage to distance yourself, I would also recommend not interacting with/observing content frm the community, cus whether you like it or not, constant exposure can also influence how u think or act.
Participating in other communities would also help. Like, your world doesn't have to revolve solely around being radnormal yk, it can be any type of gaming community or whatever (just don't involve radqueer or similar ideals lol). Speaking of ideals, what do you think of your ideals? It would be interesting to question some things too, mayeb debate with someone if u trust someone to talk to abt it and stuff.
But uhh, mostly I would recommend professional help, but I think everyone already told u that stuff lol
