🇮🇹 Sono orgoglioso di avere avuto la possibilità di trascorrere un’intera giornata a fianco a Mary Bowen, nel suo accogliente rustico studio in Connecticut. Per chi non è addentro al mondo del pilates Mary Bowen è la più anziana insegnante di pilates al mondo che ha studiato con Joseph Pilates e Clara. Le sono riconoscente per avermi concesso questo tempo trascorso assieme al caldo di una piccola stufa a legna, durante il quale abbiamo riso,lavorato,studiato, parlato di Pilates e relazione tra psiche e movimento,e sbadigliato! Ma soprattutto con la sua energia mi ha guidato come mentore a lavorare su me stesso dandomi spunti su cui dovrò riflettere ed elaborare. 🇬🇧 I am proud to have had the opportunity to spend an entire day alongside Mary Bowen, in her warm and comfortable country studio in Connecticut. For those who are not familiar with the world of pilates, Mary Bowen is the oldest Pilates teacher in the world who studied with Joseph Pilates and Clara. I am grateful to her for giving me this time spent together in the heat of a small wood-burning stove, during which we laughed, worked, studied, talked about Pilates and the relationship between psyche and movement, and yawned! But above all with her energy she guided me as a mentor to work on myself, giving me ideas and cues on which I will have to reflect and process.
