In Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, a Yoshi complains about not being able to sit in the chairs at the Yoshi Theater. However, both the ending and a piece of official art show Yoshis sitting in the seats. This discrepancy is never explained.

In the opening scene of Paper Mario, Parakarry doesn’t leave the area or disappear upon delivering the letter. Instead, he simply flies out of sight and hides behind a tree.
