I started writing my perekoo fanfiction, and I had in mind that Alma was older than both her brothers because of one scene in the first book where Alma is showing Jacob her photo album where she points out that she was the youngest ymbryne Miss Avocet has ever taught and Jacob says "what about the boys in the picture? They look even younger than you." So this led me to believe Alma was older, but I was trying to see which of the brothers was older than the other for the story and google told me Myron was the oldest, Caul was the middle child and Alma was the youngest. So now im just confused. Did i like find an error in Riggs' writing by accident orrr????

so im reading Miss Peregrine's Museum of Wonders currently for the first time, because i just got it in the mail, but like the more I read about the little side notes about Miss Cuckoo, the more I really think I should write a fanfic about like Miss Peregrine and Miss Cuckoo's days in the Ymbryne Academy and make it totally gay.

Earlier I was thinking about the relationship between Myron and Alma. Like I wish we could see more of their sibling dynamic. Because like Miss Peregrine and her brothers are just one example of the doomed sibling tropes we get in the book series. Not only do we have Alma, Myron, and Caul, we also have Victor and Bronwyn, but it doesn't end there, we also have Sam and Esme, and still not done yet, we finally have Miss Hawksbill and Miss Plover. Ransom Riggs must really enjoy the doomed sibling trope.

I find it so funny how Jacob in the first book was so clueless when he went through the loop for the first time. Bro really said "Oh damn the weather changes really fast here." "Shit, where did all the generators go? Huh, the must've all stopped working all of a sudden and dragged out of sight. Where were they hiding these big animals? Hm... must've been hiding in the forest or something." Like ok Jacob.

I love the MPHFPC fandom, but the thing i hate about it the most is how most of the fandom sexualizes the MINORS! Like no girl, your husband is not Enoch, he is like 12 bro. I mean its alright if you like them if you're around the characters age but its just down right disgusting if you are so much older than them

You know, I can't get over the very fact that people just don't talk about Miss Hawksbill and the pain she carries everytime she goes to her sister's loop. Like imagine this, you go to see your sister in her loop that has gotten destroyed, you find your sister and you are slowly getting older so therefore everytime you go to see your sister, you have to make an excuse on why you look older, you watch your sister do the same exact thing everyday, talk about the same things too, but you can never tell her about it because everytime you do she doesn't react well and the next day she wont remember a thing. Shes just like the looped normals. Its truly heartbreaking especially because she doesn't really ever want to part with her.
