Knitting and so on

I am trying out a new construction for fingerless gloves. As usual, several tries to match a construction with a yarn are needed. The first version of this design idea was knitted in this lovely green, hand-dyed, variegated yarn by Bohei (@bohei_yarns on Instagram) only. But that didn't do justice to both yarn and construction.

For the version shown here, I added leftover orange yarn for contrast stripes and to show off the construction in a better way - and I really like the result. Unfortunately, the leftover yarn is not enough for a second glove :/ I also misplaced one of the stripes on the bottom ...
