` 최⁹¹ . Beyond their jokes and jest, there was always that nurturing and warm heart that resided within Sooyoung that Minho truly couldn’t fault, even if he tried. Whether it was her influencing him to take action in more charities, or her encouraging him with his personal work and helping him grow, and become somewhat of a figure he can look up to quietly on his own, Minho felt extremely thankful for her presence in his life. She truly was someone he wanted to stand beside for a long time, and support with all his heart, just as she did for him.

“ 야, 누나 .. You’re too kind, I’m really finding my heart fluttering a little too loudly, I’m embarrassed that you’re going to hear it in this closed space, ” he joked, laughing, though he could only express his genuine feelings through the way he glanced over to her with a bright smile; she was a tall glass of fresh water, she was. Always someone he found ease and relaxation with - even if they did play around most of the time. “ If you ever did visit a filming site like that, I think I’ll gain the most strength of all, even over my own members- Since I see them all the time, it’d be more pleasing to see you, I think, ” he laughed again. He could only smile smugly as she agreed with his words regarding her hair, a bit of a smirk tugging up as he cooed teasingly. “ 아후~ She knows she looks good, she totally knows it ~ ” he snickered softly, focusing well on the road as he drove.

“ I mean, that depends- Are you planning to support your appetite and my own? You know how much that’ll cost, right? Are you really sure you want to handle that kind of responsibility, I mean, that’s a really big thing, 누나, it’s totally no joke, ” he spoke earnestly, even though he was smiling almost incredulously at the other’s words - all in jest, of course. “ I’ll happily pay because I know how much will be consumed tonight! ”

Being someone who was known to be a ’ twin ’ for someone as gorgeous as Sooyoung, it was a title he wore proudly in his smile and on his chest whenever it was mentioned. There’s no one he’d rather be side-by-side with like this other than the one and only Goddess herself. “ 아, you’re completely correct, our genes are superior, it’s almost scary, ” he winced, acting burdened almost as he shook his head, “ It’s almost too much to bear! ”

「✿」 Gazing out the car window, a small smile spread across her lips as she soaked in the warm ambiance. Though they’d been teasing each other just a few moments ago, she felt a large surge of sincerity as she glanced back over at Minho, her smile spreading. “I should visit you more often, though.” She nodded- more to herself than him. 

Clicking her tongue and making a small ‘tsk’ sound, she nudged his arm gently with her hand. “Noona can support both our appetites, don’t worry. But, if you insist, I’ll let you pay this time.” 

Pausing, she nodded at his words as she looked at her reflection in the mirror, then back to him, speaking in a monotonous tone. “We are too attractive for our own good.” Wiggling her eyebrows playfully, she laughed lightly, turning her attention back to the window.

After a moment passed, her expression softened as the streets and cars passed by. She was never very vocal about her admiration and appreciation for her peers and friends, and she seemed to have trouble finding the right words to express them. She didn’t mean to make the mood nostalgic, but as she glanced over at Minho she couldn’t help but feel all the warmth bubbling in her heart. 

“Minho, you know how much noona cares about you, right?” She spoke slowly at first, the words coming leisurely in her mind. 

“And..you know, I’m always here for you, if you need anything ever, okay?” Looking over with a wide grin, she couldn’t help but reach out and tussle his hair gently. 

“Honestly, though. I’m glad I’m here with you,”

Minho had known SNSD for as long as he could remember; since they were his seniors by only a year, there was a very close knit feeling between the two groups that he and Sooyoung resided within, though even as that was the case, Minho always felt such a closeness with his Noona her. She was someone who could relate to his weirdness like none of the other members really could; of course, there were many times he had messed around with the other members of this beloved senior group, but he couldn’t help but feel such a connecting sibling vibe with Sooyoung, causing him to have quite the attachment to the older.

It was always great to let off some steam, and let yourself be comfortable happily without any filters; that’s what being with Sooyoung was all about.

“ Oh, you know it, ” he nodded firmly, a bit of a sigh coming from him, though he couldn’t help but smile; of course being busy meant he had less time to rest, but he was always happy to be busy. Always thankful to be where he was in life, and with his career. “ Between the drama and just preparing for SHINee’s comeback, it’s been a bit of a blast into work, but it’s always good, ” he grinned widely. “ Ah, that’s exactly the feeling! ” he played along, making the suitable expression of longing for the other as he watched road, his free hand moving to hold his chest as he did so. “ I was completely lost without you, Noona! Completely in the dark abyss of nothingness, it was so horrible- Oh, but now, ” he gasped shortly, smiling, “ Now the sun has come out. ”

His laughter continued to ring out with complete amusement, though he glanced at the older when she spoke, observing her hair here and there with a soft smile. “ You know, Noona, I’ve personally always said that I like girls with long hair, and i do - not that there’s anything wrong with short hair on women, but I just like the way long hair looks, ” he started, grinning almost bashfully as he watched the road once more, “ But with the way you rock short hair, you honestly suit it the best out of any hairstyle you’ve had, in my opinion! Really, you make it look really wonderful. ”

「✿」 It was a complete breath of fresh air for Sooyoung to be able to talk and act freely with Minho. Some goofiness and playfulness was expected between herself and her other members as well as the rest of SHINee’s members. Being in a rather constant state of professionalism and nonstop movement took a toll from time to time.

“The sun has come out indeed.” She grinned as Minho spoke, always amused and impressed with his work ethic. “Always doing something huh? It is nice though. Just be sure to try to take care of yourself as much as possible- though I know it can be hard to remember to sometimes. If not I’ll come down to whatever filming site I have to in order to make sure you’re not pushing yourself too hard.” Chuckling at his comment, she reached up to tug on her locks out of habit, twisting the strands between her fingers. “Don’t worry, I think long hair is nice too. I do miss my long hair but I have to agree, I think this is pretty nice.” Raising a brow she nudged him with her elbow gently, her lips stretched in a large smile. 

“Look at you, being all charming and reassuring. Are you trying to make me buy you dinner?” Sooyoung couldn’t help but tease him, though she greatly appreciated his reassurance. 

“Mm, you know the same goes for you, even when you had long hair it suited you. I guess it’s just in Choi genes to rock whatever comes our way, hm?”
