A bit of a KOTFE spoiler here. It’s so minor I’m not going to even put a cut. So, stop reading now if you haven’t played through the expansion to Chapter 9 or bite me.

There’s a confrontation scene in which a Zakuul Knight named Balisk accuses Koth Vortena of treason, sedition and gross incompetence, and Koth rebuts, “You made that last one up,” and we all laugh behind our screens.

Thing is ... Balisk is kinda right.

Competent people don’t crash nearly every shuttle they’ve ever piloted.

Notice from that point in the story to the end of chapter nine Koth does not pilot any shuttle The Outlander is in anymore. He’s been replaced by a ponytailed woman in a covert pilot suit.

Be careful if you romance this man in the story, people. Remember that saying, ‘they way you do one thing is the way you do everything’?
