• take a walk. fresh air will make you feel lighter

• make something healthy-(ish) to snack on

• jot down your thoughts, sort things out

• put 10 minutes on a timer and declutter your room/house/etc

• cuddle with someone, your friend/pet/a fucking blanket or a stuffed animal

• music!! a feel good playlist

• take a shower. a cleaner body= a clearer mind

• wash your face!! take care of your skin

• spray your favourite perfume and take a moment to appreciate the good smell

however, just because you possess some of the symptoms does not mean you have anxiety (as an overall, common, day-to-day diagnosis), but could mean you are feeling anxious.
