“Here,” Niki grabbed a blanket, putting it around Red’s shoulders. “Cmon Phil, if it’ll help I can make you some hot cocoa before you sleep.”

Niki giggled loudly as Phil took off, following after him. As she chased the avian, she thought of a new plan to get him to rest. She slightly slowed her running, but could still keep sight of him. “Phhhiiiillllzzzaaaa!” She yelled out to him, giggling mischievously.

Phil ran straight for his bedroom, hiding very quickly right on the closet in his bedroom, attempting to hide, he ran straight inside, shutting the door quickly.

Phil gasped upon being found, he immediately attempted to get away but he ended up landing on his bed, backing away more into the blankets. “N-Niki-!”

Niki giggled mischievously as she dug her thumbs into the avians hips, trying to find his worst spots despite the fact she knew a lot of them.

“Awww!” Niki gushed as she heard the avian snort. She got a look of determination on her face as she attempt to flip Phil onto his stomach while still lightly scribbling on his sides.

“Yipe! Hehehey!” Phil giggled, lightly attempting to bat Niki’s hands away from his stomach, squirming around once she touched his sides. “Thahahahat tickles mate!”

“I know!” Niki giggled, flipping Phil onto his stomach. She immediately started poking and scribbling at his lower back, working up to his shoulders, then back down again.

Niki leaned forward, brushing the hair covering Phil’s ears away. She blew a raspberry right against the back of his ears, scribbling at his shoulders.

Niki smiled as Phil leaned into her, she used this to her advantage, leaning in to blow a raspberry on the side of his neck. She scribbled across his upper back, cooing at the avian.

Niki scribbled her nails over Phil’s wings, getting close to the base of his wings but never actually tickling it. Phil’s squirming made it hard for her to stay in one spot, so she opted for sitting on the side of him.

Phil squealed. “HAHAHAHA! IT TICKLES! NIHIHIKI!!!”

“Oh really? Wow I would’ve never known!” Niki teased, stopping the tickling to let Phil get a breather.

Niki let out a small sigh of relief. “I got the raspberry jam.” She smiled, the nervousness gone. They had all the ingredients, Niki knew what to do, she’s baked tons of times before. There was nothing to worry about.

Techno motioned happily as he muttered a quick celebration. The motion, almost like how hands flap as a stim, but was more concealed and controlled. “Feel free to put the basket anywhere. There should be space on the counter for both that and room to make the stuff.”

Niki nodded, walking over to the counter and setting the basket down. She pulled out her own apron from the basket, tying in on. She started taking the ingredients she brought out of the basket, muttering the recipe to herself. Although she has never forgotten it she still worries that one day she will.

Niki nodded, picking up the quill and writing down the recipe. She mumbled to herself, repeatedly tucking her hair behind her ear. She sometimes regretted cutting it so short. Once done writing down the recipe, Niki started braiding strands of her hair, keeping her hands occupied. She hummed to herself, a sort of self soothing behavior.

“Oh-! Come in!” Phil was a bit off guard by the knocking.

“Hey Niki, don’t mind me, I’m just reading.” Phil said, attempting to sound casual about it.

Niki nodded slowly, hands clasped together as she fiddled with her thumbs. “…There was a syndicate meeting today right?” She spoke slowly. It… it was today right?

“Oh yeah, there was but Techno and Ranboo had something planned so they moved it until later. That’s why I’m here, just…reading.” Phil yawned, shaking his head a bit.

Niki walked to Phil’s side, gently putting her hand on his shoulder. “What are you reading?” She looked down at the book, squinting a little

“Oh, um…reincarnation…magic….I…um…” Phil sighed. “Look, I want to see if I can revive Wilbur…he, it’s my fault that I killed him, so I have to undo it. If I have to go through thousands of books then it’ll be worth it.”

Niki paused, before taking off the blanket that wrapped around her shoulders and putting it around Phil. It was quite cold. During this process she accidentally scribbled the pads of her finders across Phil’s neck. “Well, I.. hope it goes well. Make sure you get some rest Phil.”

Phil squeaked suddenly, shaking with suppressed laughter. “Nohoho promises…”

“No, I’m not going to.” Phil giggled in anticipation, attempting to stand, if he was gonna make a run for it it’ll be worth it.

Niki let out a soft scoff, gently pushing Phil back down into his seat. She lightly dug the pads of her fingers into his neck. “Yes you will Phil, I said so, so you will.” Niki stated matter of factly. A soft smile on her face.

Phil giggled, slightly squirming. “Nohoho! I’m not!”

Niki hummed sweetly, scribbling her fingers onto Phil’s neck. “Yes you will Phil!” She chirped enthusiastically. Phil was going to get some rest.

Phil snickered a bit. “N-No! Hehe!”

Niki dragged her fingers to Phil’s ears, scribbling lightly as she smiled softly. “Is that your final answer Phil?”

Phil’s ears slightly twitched, trying to keep his giggling contained, he knew what was gonna happen. “Yehehes! I ain’t going to rest-!”

“You-Stub-born-bird!” Niki giggled, poking at Phil’s neck with each syllable. She brought her hands down to his sides, squeezing down towards his hips. “If you don’t rest I will make you Philza Minecraft!” Niki threatened, although it didn’t sound threatening at all.

“Eep-Hahahaha! Nihihiki! Hahahaha! I’m not gonna rest! Snort! Hahahaha!” Phil squirmed slightly.

Talking clearly wasn’t working, oh well, Niki still had her hands. She squeezed Phil’s hips, holding him in place as she thought of what to do to get this stubborn bird to rest.

“Hahahaha! Snort! Snort! Nohoho!” Phil squirmed so much, that he fell out of his chair, running off to avoid Niki as much as possible, if she wants to get him, she has to catch him first.

Niki giggled loudly as Phil took off, following after him. As she chased the avian, she thought of a new plan to get him to rest. She slightly slowed her running, but could still keep sight of him. “Phhhiiiillllzzzaaaa!” She yelled out to him, giggling mischievously.

Phil ran straight for his bedroom, hiding very quickly right on the closet in his bedroom, attempting to hide, he ran straight inside, shutting the door quickly.

Niki giggled as she charged into the room. “Phiiiillllzzaaaa~!” Niki sang out sweetly, taking slow steps as she walked around the room. “I know you’re in hereeee~!” She looked under his bed, frowning when she didn’t see the avian.

Phil stayed quiet, keeping his lip bit, butterflies in his stomach in anticipation.

Phil gasped upon being found, he immediately attempted to get away but he ended up landing on his bed, backing away more into the blankets. “N-Niki-!”

Phil squeaked, squirming. “Pfft-! Hahahaha! Nahat the tickle monster!” He giggled more as all of his laughter came out of his mouth.

Niki giggled mischievously as she dug her thumbs into the avians hips, trying to find his worst spots despite the fact she knew a lot of them.

“Hahahaha! Hahahaha! Snort! Snort! Hehehe!” Phil squirmed slightly, giggling.

“Awww!” Niki gushed as she heard the avian snort. She got a look of determination on her face as she attempt to flip Phil onto his stomach while still lightly scribbling on his sides.

“Yipe! Hehehey!” Phil giggled, lightly attempting to bat Niki’s hands away from his stomach, squirming around once she touched his sides. “Thahahahat tickles mate!”

“I know!” Niki giggled, flipping Phil onto his stomach. She immediately started poking and scribbling at his lower back, working up to his shoulders, then back down again.

“Ehehehehahaha! Hahahaha!” Phil squirmed more, giggling up a storm.

Niki leaned forward, brushing the hair covering Phil’s ears away. She blew a raspberry right against the back of his ears, scribbling at his shoulders.

“Hahahaha! Nahat the ears-! Hehehehehehe!” Phil’s ears flapped and twitched, as the avian giggled and squirmed, practically leaning into the touch.

Niki smiled as Phil leaned into her, she used this to her advantage, leaning in to blow a raspberry on the side of his neck. She scribbled across his upper back, cooing at the avian.

Phil squealed at the raspberry, squirming.

Niki scribbled her nails over Phil’s wings, getting close to the base of his wings but never actually tickling it. Phil’s squirming made it hard for her to stay in one spot, so she opted for sitting on the side of him.

Phil giggled more, laying on his side, his shirt rolling up a bit in his squirming.

Niki caught Phil’s shirt rolling up in the corner of her eye. She immediately started pinching and scribbling over his stomach.

”HAHAHAHA-! NIKI! NOT THERE!” Phil squealed, breaking into fits of squeaky cackles. His stomach was really ticklish.

Niki squealed in excitement as she found a bad spot. “Not where? Here?” She poked around his stomach, using both hands to scribble all over. “Sorry, can’t hear you over all that laughter Phil!”

“HAHAHAHA! Hahahaha! Snort! Snort! Hahaha! Itit tickles!” Phil shook his head, turning it to the side in an attempt to hide.

Niki turned her head, putting her ear closer to Phil. “Sorry Phil, still can’t hear youuu!” Niki sang out cheerfully, using one hand to squeeze down his side and the other to continue the scribbling to his stomach.
