FUCKK. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. So I work at McDonald’s, and tonight I closed with this man (38 years old). And as we’re washing dishes, he goes “how old are you?”. And I said “17”. It’s followed by a SHORT pause before “that’s the age of consent, did you know that?”. And I was speechless. Like wtf. What the actual fuck is this forty year old implicating? Is he implicating anything at all? But I was uncomfortable, so I put in headphones and tried to ignore him and avoid him. IN MY OWN WORKPLACE. Not only did he do that, but he followed it up with another comment as all of us crew members were walking out. I was walking slow because I was on my phone texting my mom that I was on my way home. And the guy behind me starts complaining about it. And that’s when the forty year old man goes “just smack her ass to make her go faster.” And as we’re all looking at him like wtf he turns to us and smiles whilst saying “what? It’s legal, the age of consent says so.” THE AGE OF CONSENT SAYS THAT YOU CAN RANDOMLY SMACK MY ASS? A random strange man. It gives you a right to that because I turned a certain age? FUCK NO. I’m so disgusted at the same shit everyday.
