jack merridew gets a piercing from roger

I LOVEEE their uniform, but I wish their badges actually had meaning🥹. I tried looking up matches and there werent really anything😔 im really a sucker for design symbolism, and Jack right off the bat didn't have a shirt on, and neither did Ralph. Ralph can be assumed he used his shirt to make a sling, but lwk if Jack is already not gonna have a shirt, it could've been used to show their relationship in that Jack wouldn't mind giving Ralph his shirt, but also show how he's willing to feed into the nature-istic side (not wearing shirts ig..?) Earlier than the other boys.

Roger, Jack and Ralph all had these white chords on them, apparently meaning like that they're a leader (in ceremonies?) Which is cool, showing their authority (even tho Roger doesn't REALLY fit it but it's okay). And the fact piggy has no chord, AND he's new is super cool.
