you embrace. and you try to be comfortable in the present. keeping your head up. and sometimes life continues to throw things at you.
you have just overcame an obstacle. well, here’s another one. here’s two more while you’re at it.
life can be a disappointment sometimes. people can be a disappointment. oh - the the things life throws at you sometimes can be such a fucking disappointment. you don’t deserve it, you say. but who the fuck cares?
life is not fair. but at the same time life is fair. i think. you keep putting shitty things into your body, and you continue to survive. you neglect your goals year after year, and here you still are. things never really work out, but they always somewhat do. some things you don’t deserve, but you always get them.
and there are those things that will always inevitably end no matter how hard you try not to let it be. some things you don’t deserve, but happens to you over and over again.
sometimes life feels like a race. you are trying your best to run the marathon ,but they keep changing the finish line to further and further away. every time you feel like you are getting close, you have to do it all over again.
I really like to believe there is light at the end of the tunnel. no matter how difficult it is trying to see it sometimes. I would like to believe that the light is always there. and maybe some days we drift apart from it. maybe some days we find ourselves going in circles. but I would really like to believe that we will get there. eventually.
