Balo supposed she was going to get yelled at sooner or later, she wasnât sure if there was a rule against it or not - but she was certain drawing on the streets of the Capitol was frowned upon.
It wasnât an act of rebellion, far from it it in fact. She was drawing realistic flowers on the sidewalk, chalk covering her hands as she carefully drew the beautiful flowers. She was focused - no doubt about that - and anyone who had walked by would likely have needed to yell to get her attention. She looks up from her work, looking around for someone to give her their opinion. Sometimes it was best to get a second one when you werenât sure.
âWhat do you think, pink or yellow?â She questions a person walking by, a smile on her face. âIâm not sure which I should go with for the next one.â
