when clyde is in college he really wants to hook up with a man to prove a point to himself but more importantly to his cool gay best friend craig that neither of them really understand, but he gets super fixated on it. he was going to just experiment with craig and kind of thought it was a no-brainer that craig would say yes but craig immediately says no and this makes clyde like legitimately sad. not just disappointed like oh great now i have to find some other dude to be bi-curious with like no he’s CRUSHED. he’s sobbing in craig’s dorm asking if craig thinks he’s ugly and craig is like “yeah and i don’t like your body either.”
