sit still. think about a moment where you didn’t get chosen. now literally REWRITE IT. take an example you didnt get a specific role. imagine the moment again, but this time, imagine someone says: “You’ve been selected.” hear applause. see sp looking impressed. let your body react like it’s REAL.

you use presuppositions.

say: “Now that sp loves me…” (you’re implying it’s ALREADY TRUE)

this bypasses logical resistance and slides into the subconscious 😩

you anchor feelings into your body.

you touch your wrist or breathe a certain way AS you say the command.

next time you do that anchor, the belief activates INSTANTLY. (like a hack shortcut)

combine with instant shift / void technique.

while you’re entering the void or that command state, you use these NLP style sentences to hypnotize your subconscious on purpose.

“they’re probably with someone else.” → even if they’re temporarily distracted, their heart is tethered to me. no one compares to the bond we share. i’m the endgame.

“i don’t know what they’re thinking.” → i do know. they’re drawn to me. they’re thinking about me more than they ever admit. they feel what i feel, because our energy is in sync.

“this situation is complicated.” → only if i label it that way. my love story is guided, aligned, and always unfolding for me in the best way.

“manifesting an SP feels desperate.” → loving someone deeply isn’t desperation—it’s devotion. and choosing myself in the process makes it magnetic.

“the 3D is showing the opposite.” → that’s old news. the 3D is a lagging reflection. i don’t react—I redirect.

“they left me.” → no one can truly leave the version of me that they’re meant to be with. we’re energetically tied and always led back to each other.

“i want them so bad, i’m scared it won’t happen.” → i’m not chasing, i’m attracting. i already have it within. the desire itself is proof of its existence in my timeline.

DAILY DRILL (USE TO REWIRE)

affirmation-style reframes:

"my SP case isn’t hard, it’s divine timing doing its thing."

"i’m not chasing results, i’m embodying the outcome."

"i don’t care how it looks—my desire is already a fact."

"every ‘complication’ is just a part of the path to union."

when you reframe the story, you drop the resistance—and that’s when results SPEED UP

the NEW STORY REFRAME that you can read, feel, affirm and embody it ! : -

this isn’t hard. this is transformation. this is the bridge of events shifting in my favor even when it looks the opposite. my situation only seemed hard because i was analyzing it from a wounded lens—not a powerful one.

my SP and i are already connected. not through force, not through worry, but through alignment. and i’m no longer chasing—I’m choosing. i’m no longer hoping—I’m deciding. i’ve dropped the story that time matters, that mistakes ruined anything, that the 3D holds power. it doesn’t. I hold the power. i always have.

i no longer call it “a hard case”—because that label doesn’t belong to me. this isn’t hard. this is a divine story of love rearranging. this is me stabilizing in the version of me who has it all.

i don’t entertain the “how.” i don’t track the “when.” i live from the end. i embody the version of me who is chosen, loved, prioritized, pursued, and seen. i affirm the reality where it’s DONE. and i know that my SP is receiving those exact signals from my energy—even if i don’t hear from them today, even if circumstances look unchanged.

anything can be manifested. literally ANYTHING. you want to manifest your sp? okay here u go.

like come on, if you think manifesting sp is hard, its YOUR fault if you didnt manifest you sp. your just complicating your situation, you thinking that manifesting sp is hard is making it hard to manifest. your just sending message to the universe like "manifesting sp is hard, it will take a while 😔" and then universe responds "oh she is not ready rn so it will take a while for her to manifest her sp" .your just slowing down the process of manifesting. bruh, manifesting sp is SO FREAKING EASY. just dont even complicate your situation. KNOW that your with your sp.

explanation:

thinking it's complicated or hard = resistance, and resistance = delay.

when you say things like “it’s hard” or “this situation is tricky,” you’re basically feeding your subconscious the belief that it’s not yours yet or that something external is blocking it. and since manifestation reflects your internal state, that delay mirrors right back into 3D.

but here's the shift: → decide it’s already done, even if the 3D looks messy → drop the story that it’s difficult—it’s just a story, not truth → your job is NOT to fix the situation, but to align with the version of you who already has it

1. LIVING IN THE END — Step-by-Step Guide

this is about being the version of you who already has it.

step 1: define your end

ask: “what would my life look like if this was already MINE?” 📌 example: if sp was already your boyfriend, maybe you'd be sitting on a call with him while doing homework.

step 2: pick a short final scene

choose ONE short scene that would happen naturally after your manifestation. 💭 examples:

him brushing your bangs back and calling you pretty.

checking your phone and seeing “I miss you <3” from sp.

step 3: script/visualize it

🎥 feel the temperature, lighting, sounds, what you’re wearing, his voice, your blush. 💗 FEEL IT REAL. your subconscious doesn’t know it’s “just imagination.” bonus: do this during SATS (state akin to sleep) or right before bed.

step 4: live from it all day

shift your inner monologue.

ask “what would the version of me who has this already be thinking/doing now?”

walk like her. talk like her. be HER. you’re not “hoping.” it’s DONE.

step 5: DONT check the 3D

ignore “delays,” “lack,” or any doubts. don’t feed the 3D. just smile and say, “ofc it’s happening. i already have it in 4D.”

2. VOID STATE — Deep Manifestation Portal

this is when you reach the “zero point” — no thoughts, no body, just pure creation energy. here’s how to do it:

💫 step 1: lie down and relax

get SUPER comfy. close your eyes. let your body melt. no distractions. lights dim.

💫 step 2: detach from your body

focus on your breath. slow it down. feel your body getting heavier or lighter… like you're floating. imagine: “i am not this body. i am not my thoughts.” let go. drop into NOTHINGNESS.

💫 step 3: silence your mind

every time a thought comes up, gently say: " i’ll come back to you later. ” use a black screen. or say “void” in your head. stay in that empty, silent space. after a few minutes (or longer), you’ll feel:

like time stopped

you’re nowhere

a feeling of peace or tingles → THAT’S THE VOID.

💫 step 4: plant your desire

from this space, drop one sentence like a command into the silence. 💎 “sp loves me deeply.”

💎 “My dream life is done. I am living it now.”

feel it and know it’s done. no begging. just certainty.

💫 step 5: wake up normally

this means you embody the version of you who already has what you desire. not hoping. not wanting. not waiting. but BEING. for real. this is the core of the 4D reality you’ve been aligning with.

how to do it:

decide exactly what you want (love, success, confidence, whatever).

visualize ONE scene that would naturally happen after you have it. like sp holding your hand.

feel it real: feel the emotions, textures, surroundings—like it’s already true. do this before bed or right after waking (those are subconscious GOLD hours).

think from it all day: “what would the girl who already has this think/say/do right now?”

ignore the 3D, no matter WHAT it’s saying. your reality is just catching up. stay loyal to your 4D.

💥 optional booster: enter the Void State before doing this. completely still your mind, feel like you’re nothing and nowhere, then plant your desired reality like a seed. that’s literally creation mode.

mental checking—your mind looping back in time like, "what if i caused this? what if i missed something and now i’m in danger?" it feels so real because your brain is trying to keep you safe, but the truth is… it’s overdoing it.

here’s the truth to hold on to: your current awareness creates your reality, not your past spirals. the past doesn't hold power unless you give it power. the only thing alive right now is this moment. and in this moment, you are safe. you are loved. you are protected.

it’s okay to feel scared sometimes. your fear doesn’t mean danger is real. it just means you care, and your mind’s trying to predict what might go wrong. but your soul knows: you’re on the right path. nothing is ruined. you're not behind. you're not being punished.

and so with anything in life that i dont want, i use my imagination to have fun and take the power out of what i dont want. sometimes watching myself or other people ride wild horses in various life situations makes me laugh, and when u can laugh yourself out of a bad feeling, that is really something! you have just changed your life.

so if you are feeling bad, dont give that bad feeling more power by beating up on urself that you feel bad. if u do that, ur js whipping the wild horse into a bigger negative frenzy. the idea is not to hate bad feelings but to deliberately choose good feelings, and choose them more often. when u resist bad feelings, they increase! the more you dont want bad feelings, the more you increase them. the more you resist anything in life, the more you bring it to you. so dont care bout bad feelings if they come upon u. dont resist them at all, and then you take all the power out of them.

if there is something negative in your life and you want to change it, the process is the same: give love by imagining and feeling that you have what you want. remember that anything negative is lack of love and so you have to imagine the opposite of the negative situation, because its opposite is love! if you are using the Creation Process to change something negative, know that you do not have to turn the negative into a positive. that feels really hard to do and it is now how creation works. creation means something new is created which automatically replaces the old. you don't need to think about what you want to change. all you have to do is give love for what you want and the force of love will replace the negativity for you.

impregnate your magnetic field with good feelings about anything and everything that makes you feel good. ramp up your love in every area of your life.

you're experiencing intrusive thoughts, not chosen beliefs. intrusive thoughts are like mental pop-ups. they don’t count as manifestations. even if your culture has this funny belief about things confirming what you say—it’s just that: a belief, not law.

what manifests? → what you persistently believe to be true. → what you assume with certainty and repetition.

avoiding something out of fear ≠ you accepted the bad. you were scared and trying to feel safe—that's survival, not manifesting.

“did i accidentally assume it?”

you’re not responsible for what you feared. fear isn’t power. accidental assumptions don’t “lock in” manifestations unless you consciously and repeatedly agree with them.

you don’t have to remember how many times you thought something. your new assumption NOW overrides all of it.

say this with me:

“nothing from the past has power over me. only what i believe now creates my future.”

“but this happened 3 months ago…”

time means nothing to manifestation. if you’ve been scared, not claiming it as truth—then guess what? nothing has been “compiling.” you’ve been anxious, not manifesting bad. big difference. you’re still safe. even right now, you can say:

“everything resets in my favor. my story is safe. i am safe.”

new final truth to hold:

only what you want can manifest.

your present belief has more power than any past fear.

fear is not a creative force.
