When the fuck does anyone even say “You’re white/cis/straight/a man? That’s not ok, go be something else” Seriously, why the fuck egalitarians/privileged people waste so much damn time scraping the bottom of the oppression barrel to try to paint themselves as the real victims of the world? My god, grow up!

Everyone on tumblr says that. On tumblr, and in communities dominated by minorities, whites/straights/males are told their opinions are invalid

The point of all this isn’t to say that being a poc/trans/queer/any other minority isn’t an actual struggle. It’s not to say that being white/cis/straight/male is such a difficult thing to be, and that we should all baby people who fall into that category. The point of this is to acknowledge that every person on this earth is faced with hatred at some point, and that yelling at 12 year olds because they’re white/straight/cis and must automatically be horrible racist monsters is just plain cruel.
