I don’t know what I’m doing.

I just told my daughter’s friend that she can’t come play until her room is clean.

Watching my 6-year-old in swimming lessons after a full day of school and 45 minutes of taekwondo. Not sure where he got this energy but it sure as hell isn’t from me.

Took my turn driving and made it through Indiana in great time, until I got pulled over for speeding.

Leaving IL back to NY

Made it to the in-laws house.

2 hours from my in-laws house and the 9 year old started puking. 🤢

Road trip to the in-laws day 2. One hour in, kids are quiet with their iPads, traffic isn’t bad, weather is ok, and I have a whole night of SVU fandom spiraling to entertain me.

Made it to my brother-in-law’s house in Michigan. My SIL got a bartesian for Christmas so the drive was worth it.

Under 10 minutes before the first “are we there yet?” 6 more hours to our first destination.

About to start a road trip halfway across the country to see the in-laws. One kid gets carsick, the other starts asking if we’re there yet when we drive to the grocery store.
